We do not allow any of the following content on your site:

Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any United Kingdom or International laws or local regulations.

Warez, Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of IDF50.co.uk

Pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

you may not promote either spamming, violence, discrimination or illegal activities.

your site shall not host forums, news groups or chat rooms.

All hosting accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their web site to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads and personal ads.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove adverts / links / classifieds at any time, without notice depending upon content, the usage of the site to which they refer or for any other reason.

We reserve the right to remove access to your site, or delete it if we believe you have violated any of the above conditions, This will normally be done after consultation with the owner of the site, however if it is felt that the site contains unsuitable or offensive material it may be deleted without reference to the owner. When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted
