'Everyone can be part of London 2012,  everyone  has something to offer'
                                    Sebastian Coe

London 2012 is going to be a very special Olympic and Paralympic Games, everyone is invited, welcomed, respected and encouraged to join in.

Every games has its own passion and priorities. The team that presented the London bid stood out, young, old, male, female and from many different backgrounds. Now the London Organising Committee Of The Olympic Games LOCOG is delivering the promised diversity and inclusion so that it really will be 'everyone’s 2012'.

Diversity reflects the ways in which we are all different, be it age, disability, ethnicity, gender, faith/belief and sexual orientation and one of the original principles of the Olympic charter, is that any form of discrimination with regard to a country or a person is incompatible with the Olympic Movement.

From toddler to granny, all the family wonderfully mixed up together that's London 2012 - ageless.

You don't stop doing things because you grow old, you grow old because you stop doing things. We are on the brink of one of the greatest festivals the world has ever known - London 2012, age is definitely no barrier, unless you let it be.

The IDF50 London 2012 Guide below will be continually updated, don't miss the opportunities:
