Default Question on 'colour picking'

Hi how do i go about picking a colour off one website to use in my own. I have paintshop pro 8 and varoius other image editors if thats what i need to do it?

I can't find the one I last used but this one looks similar.
I haven't used it myself though.

Not a color picker but two good color wheel/chart.
The first link allows you to create any color you like.
The second is a color chart with names and numbers.
No download required

This is the little one I use. I've got a shortcut to it on my quick launch bar so it's always handy.
You can take a sample from anywhere on the screen and it gives you the colour in RGB and the hex code as well. Very useful :wink:

Default Just to go off tangent slightly....

Hi
I was wondering if a programme (free preferably lol) might exist that works similarly to a color picker programme but instead determines the type of text that is being 'pointed' at on a page rather than the color?
