Default PSP PHOTO XI-Training Videos

Is anybody out ther using the above? I am having trouble with the program, I can get sound but not the actual videos. Would be grateful for any help.

Where are you accessing these videos from jaime? Are you downloading from the Internet, or do you have a CD or something?

Also, what type of files are they? You probably need to make sure you have the correct player. (For example, .avi files will play in Windows media player, .mov files need Quicktime, and .swf are Flashplayer.)

I am running it from a CD. I emailed the company yesterday and they have replied for me to change the screen resolution on my set up to 1024 x 768. I have not tried it yet but I will report when I do.

I had a few moments to spare (before the wife got me working) :cry: . I altered the screen res to 1024 x 768 and the program is running quite well. I will let you know what the program is like when I have had a good look. :wink:
