Hi Lynne
The music itself is probably on a site on the internet somewhere, and your email contains the link to stream the music to you. What you need is a sound recorder program that you can record the music as it plays through your soundcard. There are several available, including freeware versions, or, if you want to do a bit of music editing as well, you can record using Audacity. Once you have the music files on your computer, you can burn them to disc as many times as you want. These little recorders are very handy, you can use them to record internet radio and BBC iPlayer radio as well. I do!
