Carper,

Ummm---we've been a bit busy with other things.

Please apologize to your father for us.

I've haven't seen any registration applications with that name.

Check to make sure he is offering an ISP-based e-mail address that it includes reference to his service provider (as in, '@NTL. etc.etc' or '...@BT.etc.etc, NOT 'hotmail.com', gmail.com, MSN.com etc.)

All applications with web-based e-mail addies will be refused before they ever get to us---although the automated response/acknowledgement you refer to will still be sent.

Have him try again with the proper information---and with a bit of substance to his profile--so that we can differentiate his application from the hundreds of scam apps we receive every day.

Thanks,

Kas

If your father re-registers using the same user name I will make sure he gets in.

We have literally thousands of bogus registrations so the majority have to be unaccepted and deleted. There is therefore quite a possibility that this happened to your father's registration.

If I am approached with the username of a new member then I can look out for it.
