I tried to download a photo in the photography studio but it kept coming up (555 Internal error)!!...

Hello Di, I just downloaded one of yours no problem. are you clicking on the photo are the thumbnail to down load

Error 555 indicates a lack of sufficient resources--presumably on your system or in your browsers cache files. This basically means your system cannot direct enough RAM to satisfy the copy request. This can happen after some time online or after using your computer for a long while without a reboot. Suggest you reboot, check the activity via Ctrl+Alt+Del (to open your Task Manager) then shutdown/end task all unnecessary programs---then try the download again. You might also want to invest in a RAM or MEM optimizing program, a registry cleaner (Regseeker) and a junk remover (CCleaner). Kas

Thanks guys I will try shutting down and starting up again...
I had the puter fixed a fortnight ago and he told me I would never use the amount of memory he had put in... Cheer's.. Di... p.s. I have done that and tried to download a pic in the Art studio and same thing happens... I can put pics in Gallery o.k.!! Last edited by Kingy; 5th-November-2008 at 11:45 AM.

How odd. It might be that you are missing (or have corrupted) a necessary driver, system or registry file---leastwise, so suggests a second Google query for Internal error 555 . Do you have a registry scanner/repair program? If not, you might want to try Advanced Windows care. At the very least, you will have a pretty decent windows cleaner/repair tool for future use. Let us know how you get on?? Kas

Hi i'm sorry to be a bother but I am stumped too...
and I'm not a dumb blonde either.Lol Thanks Allen,for your comment about the portrait of Jessica but I want it in the Artist Studio not the Gallery...!!! Just tried again but it says the same and to try again later..!! I believe I have nearly got there..!!! I need to downsize,when the guy fixed my puter he had to take some files out as they were corrupted,no virus's, thank G, and he has taken the one which I use for down sizeing... I am downloading now again so I will soon see... Cheer's for your help...
