Reception Thread, TC needs assistance

I know someone who wants to join but she is having difficulty finding out how to do it. I can't see how either. A pointer in the right direction please.

Over the last few days we have had a number of new members registering without any problems and I have just done a test registration without any problem.

Just click on register and away - they will get problems however if they try and register using a web based email address such as hotmail, yahhoo, gmail etc. and this is clearly stated in the registration details. We only accept registrations with ISP email addresses.
