Default Advice for Newcomers wanted

:? When I entered my details on the Registration part of the form, I naturally put my correct name (assuming this might have to be checked out). However, I'd like a different user name showing on the public user name. How do I do it? Can you experienced folk give me advice, please.

Lyn, maybe you should get out and join again. Ask Graham - send him a Private Message and ask him to fix it - he's awfully good about these things. Should your user name be Pink Thursday?

Thanks a bunch, guys, for your warm welcome. i've been experimenting in the navigation line and find my easiest way (whether it be the right way or not) is to go to Postings since you last logged in (thanks to Alan for pointing me that way) then looking at each section, joining in where I wanted to, then pressing the 'back' tab to get to where I was at.
Don't know if there is a better way than that, but if you know it, I'd appreciate it 'cos I wonder if keep going back aggravates the admin or people watching for new postings. Hope not!
Sorry I couldn't reply sooner, but I had a worm on my tail -which Kas kindly saw to for me.
