If he uses a hotmail or yahoo address -we do not allow them on IDF as they are difficult to trace. Perhaps you could register using a different e-mail address.

Could Admin please look at " MAIN IDENTITY "'s application to join IDF50. He is a fellow member of a different forum and joined on the 08/06/2007 but has not confirmed as of yet.
