I am a little concerned is it ok when I suggest a site or am I breaking club rules

If that site is of help or of interest to our members then there is no problem.
The IDF rules cover those sites not allowed, common sense tells you what they are.
We don't promote other forums ether or links to them, that is standard practise on most boards, for obvious reasons.
