Questions about our Clubhouse Thread, Perplexed

I have just joined but I am a bit perplexed because at my first attempt at registering I was told that my hotmail address had been banned. As I have never visited this site before I don't know why this should be and feel rather uncomfortable about it. Or is there a simple explanation, are all hotmail addresses banned?
If I/my address has been banned is someone able to tell me why. If I am not welcome on here I will shut the door quietly on my way out, never to return.

Whoops, sorry I have just seen another thread explaining that Hotmail is not accepted. Egg all over my face now.

Hawkweed - firstly a very warm welcome. As you have found out we do not allow Hotmail addresses on here as it is so difficult to trace them if there is a problem.

I hope you have another email addy that you can use instead. Meanwhile I hope you enjoy browsing the numerous threads.
