Questions about our Clubhouse Thread, Changing all topic postings to newest first

I've had a look through the questions in about our clubhouse but can't find an answer covering the following :-

HOW CAN I SET UP CLUBHOUSE SO THAT IT "READS" THE LATEST POSTING IN A TOPIC FIRST?

Some of the topics are tens of pages long and I have to alter oldest to newest each time I acces a topic - How can this newest first be made permanent for all topics?

You can of course read the latest post first, by going to the last post column, and clicking on the small white box next to the arrow.
