Default PM's

Am I corect in assuming that when I send a PM it goes into my outbox and stays there until it has been read by the person it has been sent to, it then transfers into my sent box ??

Thanks for that reply shutterfrog. Nice to know for sure.

Do you know if the contents of a PM are secure? ie ~only for the eyes of the person who is being PM'd ?

I might be wrong here but I believe that PMs can be read by the administrators they are NOT secure on any forum or web site.
only emails are really private, because they dont go through the forum but are seperate from it.
