I don't know what word processor you use but most will be capable of making a letterhead template that you can save and use repeatedly for letters.

If you don't already have either Microsoft Office or Works and therefore no word processing software, try Open Office, the completely free open source office software.

Apache OpenOffice - The Free and Open Productivity Suite
    Recycling is a rip off!!
You buy something, use it, recycle it and it is made into something else, which you then have to buy?
Fer goodness sakes you already bought it once!!
Now on Skype, PM for details please.

I haven't got OpenOffice, so can't help with a step by step way of doing the job. Those using OpenOffice might suggest one or two.

Doesn't Open Office include some ready-made letterhead templates? I seem to recall it does. If so, you could choose one of those and tailor it to requirements.

Ready-made templates for OpenOffice can also be found online. Use 'openoffice templates' as search keywords. There's this one that you could download and customise:

    Repository for Apache OpenOffice Templates.

Many others are available on the site.

Once you have a suitable template and you have altered it to your personal details,
    File > Save As >
Rename your template and save as > OpenOffice.org 1.0 Text Document Template (.stw) in your Documents folder.

When you want to use it,
File > New > Templates and Documents
Navigate to your documents folder and load your template.

    Done.
