Default Lack of public toilets

On radio 2 today they were discussing the lack of public toilets, I think they said that Liverpool city centre has only one public loo. Sorry if I have that wrong but and it was another major town but there are very few public toilets around and according to the programme many people don't go out as they might get caught short. When I go out these days I am often planning my journey around loo stops and its not just older people, mums with young kids have the same problem.

I found the pic at the top on a site that lists some of the strangest toilets in the world in preparation fpr world toilet day on 19th November. The strangest toilets from around the world

After my two weeks in Dawlish and Camberley I have to say that toilets are very hard to find in England.

It's not only the shortage of public toilets when you want them that is annoying, the other problem is when you do find one, it's the disgusting state in which you find them...... ..

What I've noticed over the years is the number of:

a) Garages that have closed and
b) Garages no longer seem to have public loos as was the 'norm' and the ones that do are few and far between.
