Turkish /Arabic Music

I am completing a slideshow about Turkey and need some background music.I have found bits to download but not enough and anyway they are in MID which plays on Windows but is not recognised by my slideshow program .
Help would be much apreciated.
By the way, Turkey has a wonderfully interesting history I find
