Paintings from Turkey
I have been doing oner or two painting whilst in Turkey. Not good reproductions because I can't scan and post them here, just photographed them, but first Acrylics and I'm pleased with them.

Hi Joelle, you did have a busy holiday, well done, you seem to be really getting to grips with acrylics, the woman with the child has got a lovely feeling to it, but the primula in the glass bowl is beautifully painted

Hi Joelle, you certainly did have a busy holiday,nice paintings!!...what part did you go to?
Whilst we were in u.k. we went to Turkey also, only for a week as we didn't know if we would like it but I loved it...hubby wouldn't go again but I would...We went to Marmaris, very busy place...we also went to Ichmeler by bus and came back by water taxi a couple of times which was beautiful and cool...we went to Rhodes while we were there,so as you can imagine we had a busy week...lol Also we were all paid & booked up to got to Paris on the 12th/13th Sept for our anniversary and my birthday but because of the fire in the tunnel we couldn't go which was very disappointing,we got a full refund... I only done heaps of photography for the Artists back home to have a look at and copy if they want to... I will put some in the photography room so please anyone feel free to paint any of them...

Hi Kingy
Thanks for your comments re paintings. We are still here in Turkey for another 3/4 weeks. We love it here, so laid back, lovely people a different way of life. We have an apartment in Altinkum, 2 mins from the beach and sea. Not busy like Mamaris, very Turkish. I will be putting some photos on the forum when we get home again. Looking forward to getting home, ten weeks is a long time!! Sorry to hear about your Paris trip but glad you enjoyed Turkey. Rhodes is lovely too.
