Not sure if this belongs in the photo or art section since it's a bit of both. Another Xara Xtreme image. Getting the surface reflection just right was particularly interesting:

Very clever and very impressive. I know you must have a good programme to create these images, but your imagination and forethought can't be ignored.

Very clever Mart, you do seem to be getting to grips with the programme, and using it to your advantage, could you explain what the programme is?

Primarily a vector drawing program but with bitmap/pixel (photo) editing capabilities. It can mix the two together as the image above shows. Version 4 has quite a few features that photo/bitmap editing programs have. It also includes an extrude tool that can be used to give a 3D effect (used in the image above). Animated and transparent GIFs can be made from drawings too.
Magix Photo Designer 7 comes included (I haven't used it much). Editing photos in this preserves Exif data. This isn't the case when photos are edited within Xara Xtreme itself. It's also possible to make Flash animations but I haven't used this part of the program yet. |

I have just learned how to do something very similar at school, with Photoshop Elements.
But the effects are nowhere near as good as yours.
