Default Abstract watercolour

I have not been painting much in the last couple of weeks, but tried to paint an abstract last week.

After it dried I put a glaze of alizarin crimson right over it all.

Would appreciate some constructive comments,

Hi alan, I like the overall look of this painting, it's very different and the colours do blend in very well...

Like you alan I haven't done much painting at all...just reading some painting books which is good to do when the painting mood has slowed...

p.s. What have you titled this one..?

I agree Jeanie, quite mystical and peaceful, I like the colouring, it almost looks like cliffs risiing out of the water.....well done.

alan, I don't think you should have the left 'cliff' dipping forward into the water - what do you think? I really like this painting, esp how it fades in the back...
